As we face a global pandemic, we must ensure LGBTQIA++ safety

Dear Vendors and Parade Registrants,

The Board of Directors of Space Coast Pride has made the difficult decision to cancel our 2021 Festival out of caution in keeping the community safe from the ongoing Pandemic.

Your interest in participating in our Festival and/or Parade is very much appreciated and it saddens us that we won’t have the opportunity to meet you all in person, and see your amazing booths and team participation in the Parade! We hope to provide you all with opportunities later in the year to participate as vendors and/or parade participants at other events, such as a postponed Rainbow Run 5K, an alternate and totally socially distanced community parade, and even other events that we are discussing.

We will begin processing refunds this week but please allow until Tuesday, August 17th, to receive your refund. If you haven’t received it by then please contact vendor@spacecoastpride.org.

Upcoming events and activities will continue to be posted on our social media. Please be safe and respect and support others as we all continue to face this World Pandemic

Be A Vendor at Space Coast PrideFest

For 2026 there is a venue change where Pridefest will be held at Melbourne Auditorium with both an indoor and outdoor component. Signup is now through Eventhub at the link below that has details. There is a continued requirement for each vendor to provide a Certificate of Insurance where if a vendor does not already have a policy, there is a low cost option from https://www.insurancecanopy.com/space-coast-pride-festival.

Food and Drink vendors for 2026 are being coordinated separately through City Bistro citybistroma@gmail.com as they have a contract with Melbourne Auditorium.
